Our Team
Neville
(Owner)
Neville has been running DCS for over 10 years. He worked in Senior Management positions for over 20 years with Pulte Homes and Del Webb. He was responsible for the construction of over 10,000 homes in his career. He has an Undergraduate in Engineering and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Fred
(VP of Operations)
Fred has been with DCS for over 7 years. He has over 30 years’ experience in Operations Management. He has a BS in Business Management.
Lefter
(Assembler)
Lefter has been assembling cabinets with DCS for over 12 years and has 20 years of total experience.
Erick
(Delivery / Assembler)
Erick has worked for Slumberland for 20 years assembling and delivering furniture before joining DCS. Grew up and worked on a Wisconsin dairy farm. Avid Badger/Packer fan.
Bill
(Accountant)
Bill has over 40 years of accounting experience, the last was as CFO of a large refrigeration company.
Steve
(Founder)
Steve was instrumental in guiding the start up and growth of the company. Steve unfortunately passed away from Cancer in Spring of 2014. He is sorely missed by all the people that he came into contact, and did business with over the decades.
